One Box Great Value Rotini One Medium Tomato Cut upHalf of a large cucumber slicedHalf cup italian dressingOne Pepper (any color) cut upItalian Seasoning to tasteSummer Squash SlicedOlives - Green or blackParmesan Cheese
Prepare the noodles. While the noodles are cooking cut up tomatoes, cucumber, pepper and squash. Sautee the squash in 2 tbs olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate the squash. After noodles are done, rinse in cold water. Mix noodles, italian dressing, and italian seasoning in large bowl. Mix in all other ingredients and toss. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
