Ingredients:*Hash Browns - Frozen Ore-Ida (1 1/4 c.), 12 cup (remove)*Smithfield Boneless Ham Steak, 97% fat free, 16 oz (remove)Louis Rich Turkey Bacon, 340.1 grams (remove)Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 10.5 tbsp (remove)Sour Cream, reduced fat, .66 cup (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)
Chop ham and bacon into small cubes. Mix all ingredients with the spices of your choice (I used Smoked Paprika, Season Salt and original Mrs. Dash), mix well adn put in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes.
