Ingredients
1 can kidney beans, reduced sodium, rinsed1 can reduced sodium diced tomatoes1 clove garlic6 oz fat free plain yogurtspices to taste: chili powder, ginger, cayenne, paprika, salt, pepper
Directions
1 preheat saucepan to medium heat
2 mix yogurt and tomatoes, mash tomatoes slightly for a better texture
3 add beans and spices
4 cook for about 20 minutes to let flavors steep

serve with rice or chapatis and tea for a hearty vegetarian meal
