Honey Grilled Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
2 chicken halves1/4 c. fresh orange juice2 tbs. honey2 wedges squeezed lemon juice1 1/3 tbs soy sauce2 tsp. fresh ginger peeled & minced2 tsp garlic mincedsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
1. combine all ingredients except chicken
2. add chicken and toss well in marinade
3. cover and marinate for 4 hrs.
4. bring to room temp before grilling (approx 1 hr)
grill on medium high heat and just until cooked in the middle so the chicken isn't too dry. Discard remainder of marinade. Serve on bed of brown rice or veggies!

    Made this tonight for my family, THEY LOVED IT!...made one small change used half OJ half fresh pineapple juice and put a few pieces of Pineapple in with the chicken while it marinated. - 4/18/11
