Greek Style Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
I used 1/2 hothouse cucumber (peeled) and diced. These don't have a lot of seeds, so I didn't bother to take them out. Add grape tomato halves, 3 ounces of no-fat plain yogurt, and some fat-free feta to add texture and taste. Add garlic and white pepper to taste.
Directions
Combine ingredients into bowl and stir. Serve immediately or keep cool in the fridge. Makes 2 servings.

Note: I warmed up a brown rice/barley mix I had made and served the salad over that. I completed the meal with 3 ounces of chicken (no skin of course ). Filling and tasty.
