Pumpkin Pie Roasted Pecans

1 lb pecan halves (4 cups)1 egg white1/2 C sugar1 Tbl pumpkin pie spice1 tsp salt1 Tbl water
Pre-heat oven to 275 degrees. Beat egg white and water until foamy...almost stiff. Add pecans and coat. Mix other ingredients in small bowl. Add to pecan mixture and stir well. Spread pecans in single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake for 45 mins taking out every 15 to stir well. Cool on wax paper.
