Ingredients
Black olives 30gmsWhole wheat pasta (cooked) 100 gmsSpinach 100 gmsSweet red pepper 50 gmsAsparagus 2 spearsGarlic cloves X 2
Directions
Serves 1 as main dish or 2 as side dish.

Cook pasta as directed

Cut feta into bite size chunks - bake in the oven or cheat by grilling (broiling) until it is soft and start to turn brown

Bake or dry fry veggies

Mix altogether - serve on bed of fresh spinach.

Can be served hot or cold
