Asian Beef Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. 93% lean Ground Beef or Ground Sirloin4 Tbsp. minced garlic1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce1 bag Coleslaw Veggie Mix1 Small Can Waterchestnuts2 Tbs. Thai Chili Sauce (Sambal Olek); depending on desired heat. Caution, this sauce is very spicy.1/4 tsp. ground ginger1/2 Tbsp. fish sauce1/4 tsp. sesame oil2 Tbsp. sea salt1 Head Bibb/Boston Lettuce* Sweet Chili Sauce (optional)* Celery or any other vegetable that is crunchy and will hold up to cooking; celery, zucchini, asparagus, green peppers, onions, etc.
Directions
Soak noodles as directed on package.

Brown hamburger with half of the garlic, half the thai chili sauce, half the salt, fish sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.

Add the noodles.

Add the cabbage and water chestnuts. Continue cooking until the cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes.

Wash and dry the lettuce.

Once the meat and cabbage mixture has cooled, add the mixture to the lettuce leaves and drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
