Ingredients
1 12 oz package whole wheat rotini pasta, cooked8 oz LItehouse Red Wine & Olive Oil Vinaigrette Salad Dressing2 Medium cucumbers1/4 cup sweet onion1/4 cup sweet red pepperPepper to taste
Directions
Cook whole wheat pasta according to directions on package. While pasta is cooking chop veggies. Drain pasta and add chopped veggies. Pour in salad dressing and stir. Let chill for at least 2 hours and serve. Makes 10 scrumptious servings.
