Pizza Dough1.25 cups whole wheat flour1.25 cups unbleached white flour1 cup lukewarm water2 TBSP. baker's yeast1 tsp. white sugar1 tsp. salt2 TBSP. olive oilPizza sauce8 oz. tomato sauce0.5 tsp. garlic powder0.5 tsp. salt1 tsp oregano1 pkg. frozen Italian meatballs16 oz. mozzerella cheese
Cook meatbals according to package directions. Meanwhile, add yeast to water. Then add sugar to yeast and water. Then add salt to yeast, water, and sugar. Set aside
Mix together tomato sauce, garlic powder, salt, and oregano.
Measure flour into a bowl. Add yeast mixture and mix with a fork. Knead in the bowl five times. Let rest five minutes.
Shredded mozzerella cheese. Press dough into a large pizza pan. Pour on the pizza sauce. Place meatballs on top of the sauce. Sprinkle mozzerella cheese on top of meatballs.
Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees(F).
