oxtail 2 pounds season salt black pepper ms dash browning oil 1/4 cup onions scallons 1 tomato 1/2 green pepper 1/2
Directions
Wash oxtail drain water season to taste with season salt,black pepper, ms dash, browning. Pour 1/4 cup of oil into pot and brown meat. After remove oil from pot add all meat back into pot cover with water and cook for hour and half . Add onions scallions tomato green peppers and cook for addtional 15 min
