Healthy fresh Chicken Salad, quick and easy!

Ingredients
2-3 Chicken breast (no skin or bones)3 Cups of baby spinach leaves1 Cup of Celery1 Red Bell Pepper1 Cucumber1 Red Onion1 Red Ripe tomato1/2 Orange2 tbsp Olive OilRed crushed pepper3 tbsp White wine vinager
Directions
Grill the chicken breast and let it cool.

Cut as desired the bell peppers, onions, cucumber, tomato, and celery and mix together in salad bowl with the baby spinach leaves.

Squeeze the juice from half an orange, add olive oil and red crushed peppers to taste, mix

Cut the chicken breast into strips

Serve salad with grilled chicken on top.

Can substitute chicken for tuna, and cut down cooking time to ZERO!
