Broccoli and Cheddar Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
6 lg. eggs6 egg whites1 c. sour cream1 clove garlic (grated)1 c. 2% sharp cheddar10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drainedsalt to tastepepper to taste
Directions
Whisk ingredients together until well blended. Pour into a greased 9in. round non-stick pan. Place in 350 degree oven for about 35 min. Remove and let cool a bit then slice into 8 wedges.
