Split Pea and Barley Soup Crock Pot

Ingredients
1 lb split peas8 oz sweet potato, peeled and chopped (should be only 1)6 oz carrots, peeled and chopped (about 3 carrots)1 medium onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 cup barley1 tbsp oregano1 tbsp basil2 tbsp dill weed8 cup water2 tbsp low sodium chicken bouillon
Directions
Make 6 to 8 servings

Place all in a crock pot, stir a couple of times, gently.

Cook low 6 to 8 hours.
