Low fat Banana Chocolate, Chocolate chip muffins

1-3/4 Cup Flour1/4 C. Sugar1 tsp. salt2-1/2 tsp. baking powder1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder1 Cup lowfat buttermilk1/2 cup mashed very ripe banana (about 2 smallish)3 Tbsp Sour cream1 tsp. vanilla2 Tbsp. instant coffee granuals
in a large bowl sift together all the dry ingredients. make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
In a medium bowl mix very well all the wet ingredients. Add to the dry ingrediants and combine until just moist. Fill a prepared regular size muffin tin (12 muffins) 1/3 full.
Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffins comes out clean. Let cool in the muffin tin for about 5 minutes before removing.
