Easy cabbage, watercress and black bean soup

Ingredients
cabbage or lettuce about 50gwatercress about 100gramscan throw in any left over GREEN veggies (not peas)half a can of plum tomatoesa good tablespoon of VEGETABLE bouillon powder to make up 1.5 pintscarton of weight watchers creme fraiche 200mlwhole can of organic black beans 400grams
Directions
Roughly chop all the green veg
Throw into pot containing the 1.5 pints of made up bouillon or stock.
Cook for about 10 minutes
Add the canned tomatoes and whiz with blender until consistency as you like
Empty whole tub of creme fraiche and whiz again
Add well-drained black beans and stir. Briefly re-heat if needed.
