Caprese Salad

Ingredients
8 oz. FRESH perlino mozzarella cheese. Or 8 oz. diced fresh mozzarella6 plum tomatoes, cored, seeded and diced1 small onion (or to taste)3 cloves garlic (or to taste)1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, OR 2 T. dried basil1 T dried oregano, or 2 T fresh, choppedDash of Salt1/4 t. of black pepper
Directions
Makes 6 servings.

Add all the ingredients together and stir. Refrigerate for a few hours to let flavours blend.

Fresh mozzarella cheese works best in this recipe, it's packed in water. You may find it at your deli case. If you cant find the perlino mozzarella(pearl sized), used the larger sized balls and just cut them into small chunks.
