Dan's Grilled Zucchini

One pound of zucchini, sliced2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tbsp Italian seasoning2 cloves garlic
Slice the zucchini on an angle (bigger slices stay on the grill and are easier to turn over). Place the zucchini in a large shallow bowl, pour the oil over it, and add the garlic. Mix thoroughly by hand, making sure to cover the zucchini well with the oil. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the prepared zucchini.
Grill on Low, three minutes per side. Serve hot. Serves four, 1/4 pound of zucchini each.
