Dan's Grilled Red Potatoes

1/3 of a 5-pound bag of red potatoes3 tablespoons of olive oil3 cloves of garlic1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Wash the potatoes, but don't peel them. Slice the potatoes on an angle, about 1/4 inch (.6 cm) think Drop the slices carefully into boiling water and boil for 3 minutes (par-boiled). Pour off the water and carefully rinse the potatoes to cool them off.
Place the potatoes in a large shallow bowl, pour the oil over it, and add the garlic. Mix thoroughly by hand, making sure to cover the potatoes well with the oil. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the prepared potatoes.
Grill on Medium-Low or medium heat, four minutes per side. Serve hot. Serves five, about 1/3 pound of potato each.
