Shelley's Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients
2 Pillsbury Cresent Roll Recipe Creations1 Philadelphia Cream Cheese Light Garden Vegetable (8oz)1 packet ranch dressing mix2 C. grated carrots2 C. fresh broccoli-chopped2 c. fresh cauliflower-chopped2 Roma tomatoes, chopped1 large cucumber choppedOptional: Shredded Cheese (not included in nutritional infor)
Directions
Spread cresent rolls on a pizza baking sheet to resemble pizza dough.

Bake cresent rolls according to package directions. I baked mine for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool completely.

Wash and chop all vegetables.

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and ranch mix. Spread over cresent roll dough when it is completely cool. Sprinkle vegetables over cream cheese. Add shredded cheese if desired.
