Chicken Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 cup - onion, chopped1 cup - celery, chopped (diagonal)1 cup - carrot, chopped (diagonal)1 cup - mushrooms, chopped1/2 - sweet yellow bell pepper, chopped2 cloves - garlic, minced12 large - shrimp, cooked10 small - bay scallops, raw1 - cooked chicken thigh, chopped2 tbsp. - extra virgin olive oil1 pkg. - Clubhouse Stir Fry Sauce Mix (could not find it in the ingredients list so I listed Kikkoman instead
Directions
Heat up EVOO in wok stir fry pan and add all the veggies.
Stir fry until veggies are almost cooked, or somewhat tender. Add shrimp, scallops, and chicken. Stir fry for another 5 minutes or until scallops are cooked. Shrimp and chicken were already cooked before hand. Mix sauce mix with 1/2 cup of water then add to wok. Stir fry for 2 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve over brown rice.
