Artichoke with lemon

Ingredients
* Artichokes, frozen, 1 package (9 oz) * 1.5 lemons, squized * Salt, 1 tsp * Canola Oil, 1 tbsp * Water, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Put oil, salt, lemon juice and water in a large cooking pot and bring to boil.
Add the frozen artichokes - make sure they're not on top of each other in the pot.
Cook on a small flame until they're soft.
Best served chilled.
