As I sort through all the milk gravy recipes I came across this one with all the negative comments, and just had to comment if you do not like a recipe you can always modify it, that is what I do. Making the gravy with 2% milk does NOT make this a "healthy" recipe! We come here to find healthy alternatives...this recipe is NOT it! A better idea?
