i use this recipe all the time at home. Yes it isnt good for you but this is life and people do eat food like this once in a while. This has made it so easy for me to post my food. I still lost weight this week eating this twice! Eat in moderation and you can eat anything! - 9/16/09

Making this for lunch after my 10k Yum Yum Yum..You know I don't think the rating system is supposed to rate how "healthy" something is..theres plenty of dessert recipes on this website..and everything else..don't look up gravy if you want something real low calorie..lol - 6/18/10

As I sort through all the milk gravy recipes I came across this one with all the negative comments, and just had to comment if you do not like a recipe you can always modify it, that is what I do. I do not complain about how unhealthy it is. You should all read the disclaimer under rate this recipe. - 5/2/09

just guessing, sometimes people post recipes to figure the calorie content...I mean most people look at the calories, etc, before they make the recipes, right?? - 6/11/08

Making the gravy with 2% milk does NOT make this a "healthy" recipe! We come here to find healthy alternatives...this recipe is NOT it! A better idea? Homemade turkey sausage recipe that used skim milk for a milk gravy...If you're reading this review, THINK people, before you post your recipe! - 2/16/08

HOW can this possibly be printed on a site that is supposed to promote healthy eating and weight loss? - 4/7/07
