Spicey Guacamole

Ingredients
2 ripe avacados, 1/2 cup fat free sour cream, 1 plum tomato seeded and finely chopped, 3 tbsp minced onions, 1 tbsp lime juice, 2 cloves garlic minced, 1/2 fresh jalapeno minced (optional)
Directions
1. Peel seed and mash avacados. Add sour cream, minced onion, garlic, tomato and lime juice. Mix well. Chill for at least one hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes 8 servings.
