Skillet Salsa

Ingredients
1 cup green bell pepper chopped1/2 cup white onion chopped1 cup chopped tomatoes1/2 tsp minced garlic2 tbsp olive oilSalt to taste
Directions
Heat skillet(medium heat) add olive oil. Once oil is hot add chopped green bell pepper, chopped onions, minced garlic and salt. Allow to saute about 3 minutes, (or until bell pepper is soft ), make sure all veggies mixed well with olive oil and make sure to stir frequently. Last add chopped tomato to skillet. Once tomatoes have reduced in size (approx 2-3 more minutes) remove skillet from heat. Use immediately on top of main dish or as a main dish.
