Tuna Burgers

Ingredients
hamburger buns2 Tbs mayo.5 Tbs pickle relish, or to perfered tasteshredded cheese, to sprinkle on topbutter, to spread on buns1- 12oz can tuna
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350 degress. In a bowl combine tuna, mayo, and pickle relish. Set aside. Place hamburger buns on a cookie sheet. Butter both sides of buns and top one side with mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of mixture and replace top of bun. Proceed until mixture is used up. Usually 6 buns. Place in oven and cook for 15 minutes. Then serve warm. Makes 6 servings. Serve with low calorie chips or fruit on side.

    I think I'll try this. I like tuna a lot and it almost sounds like tuna salad but not quite. - 7/3/09
