Garden Pesto Chicken for 1

Ingredients
* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato * Basil, 20 leaves * Chicken Breast, no skin, 4.5 ounces * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp * *Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp * *Pam - Olive Oil Cooking Spray, 1 serving * *Garlic Salt, .5 tsp
Directions


* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato
* Basil, 20 leaves
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 4.5 ounces
* Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp
* *Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp
* *Pam - Olive Oil Cooking Spray, 1 serving
* *Garlic Salt, .5 tsp


1. slice tomatoes
2. drizzle vinegar on them and set aside
3. Grill chicken
4. clean and prep basil and add to blend
5. add cheese
6. add tomatoes/ vinegar
7. blend til pesto consistency
8. pull chicken off the grill with some cooking left to do you chop the meat into large chunks
9. add meat to sauce pan cook a bit more
10. add pesto and complete cook
11. serve to your self ... add some zucchini and broccoli if you like or need!
