Blueberry Strawberry Smoothie Super Easy!!

Ingredients
1/4 cup blueberries**3 large strawberries**1/4 cup sugar free fat free vanilla ice cream6oz light vanilla soy milkCan substitute 1/2 cup of any fresh or frozen fruit of your choice! If using frozen fruit I would blend it & then add the ice cream until you get desired consistency.
Directions
Blend all ingredients together in blender or with an immersion blender. Enjoy!

    You can also use fat free cool whipp and skim milk instead of soy milk and ice cream. That's how I make my smoothies. I even do that with mudslides. - 7/28/09
