Zespri's Kiwifruit Yoghurt Whip/Smoothie

Ingredients
1 large kiwi fruit, gold (sweeter) or green1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt, Dairy Farmers Thick & Creamy preferred1/4 cup skim milk2 tsps of sugar, brown sugar, or any other sweetener2-3 Ice cubes
Directions
1. Peel and purée 1 large kiwi fruit in a blender

2. Sieve to remove the seeds if preferred. Add ¼ cup each low fat yoghurt, low-fat skim milk, 2 teaspoons sugar, and 2 – 3 ice cubes in the blender
