Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 cup quick oats1/2 cup milkraisinsprotein powder
Directions
Take a small bowl and mix quick oats, raisins and protein powder. Stir until well-mixed. Add milk.

Put it in the microwave for approximately 1 1/2 minutes. (You may want to put a napkin over it the first time you make it, since if cooked too long, it can make a mess). Remove. Enjoy!
