2 oz canned shrimp2 T. Low fat cream cheese1/4 t Worcestershire sauce1/4 t Hot Sauce1/2 Whole wheat, 6 in (2 oz) pita bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Drain and cut shrimp in to small pieces. Soften cream cheese and mix with Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce until mixture is very smooth; add shrimp and mix well. Cut pita in to wedges and bake for 5 - 7 min. Serve dip with pita chips.
