Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients
3/4 cup Hodgson Mills Buckwheat Pancake Mix1/2 cup milk1 egg1 tbsp oil
Directions
-Combine pancake mix until blended, then let rest for 5 minutes.
-Preheat griddle of skillet, then drop 1/4-cup batter for each pancake.
-Cook on one side until bubbles form on the edges, then flip and cook on the other side until golden brown.
