Ingredients
Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 canSpinach, fresh, 1 cup *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" Edamame, frozen, unprepared, 1 Cup Carrots, raw, 1 mediumWater, tap, .5 cup cayenne pepper to taste
Directions
Peel and chop carrot, chop pepper removing seeds. Put in microwave for 1 min. to soften. Put tomatoes in blender, blend on smoothie setting for about 1 min. Add spinach, a little at a time through the top. Add carrot and red pepper the same way. Add frozen edamame and ice. Stream in water. Blend for about 3 mins. Add cayenne to taste so it won't be so bland.

Make 4 1-cup servings.
