Spicy Veggie Sausage & Rice stir fry

Ingredients
3 Veggie sausage (I use Cauldron Foods. Quorn or Linda McCartney will work just as well)50g onion50g carrot50g spinach50g zucchini1 medium tomato100g cooked rice1 tspn chilli flakes
Directions
Serves 1 as main dish

1) Dry fry onion until soft

2) Add a little water then the rest of the veggies, the chili and the sausage.

3) When veggies are a little soft add rice - keep stirring so all ingredients are cooked.
