Homemade Yeast Rolls

1 Cup Luke Warm Milk1 pkg yeast (2.25 tsp)3 Cups Flour2 TBSP Sugar1 tsp Salt1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil1 Jumbo Egg (Can use any size for this recipe, I used Jumbo)
Serving size: 18 2 inch rolls
Heat milk to luke warm (just warm to the touch) Put the milk and yeast in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Let sit for 5 minutes. In the mean time mearsure out other ingredients.
Put Flour in a large mixing bowl.
Put egg and oil in a small bowl.
Put Sugar and salt in a small bowl.
Blend the milk mixture again on high for 30 seconds. Add the Egg and Oil, then the sugar and salt. Blend on high for a minute or two. Add mixture to Flour and stir until completely mixed. Place a towel over the dough mixture and place in a warm location for 2 hours to rise.
Spray cooking spray onto cookie sheet. After 2 hours knead the dough and cut off 18 small pieces and form into a roll. Place the roll onto the cookie sheet. After all rolls are formed, cover with a towel and allow to raise for 2 hours. (the longer they raise, the fluffier they will be.)
Bake at 350 degrees or until roll is golden brown.
