1 meium/large yukon gol potato1 to 1 1/2 cups fresh cauliflower florets1 clove garlicpinch saltpinch pepper
Directions
steam (or boil) potatoes an cauliflower until VERY soft - 10-15 minutes. Mash with potato masher in bowl until creamy. Stir in mashe clove of garlic an salt an pepper.
