1 cup Tapioca1 large - Potato1 tsp - cumin seeds1 - green chili3tsp- olive oil / vegetable oil
Wash and place tapioca in water for at least 2 hrs. Drain water and let it dry. There should be no water in the tapioca. Heat oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds, when it splutters add the green chili and potatoes. Fry the potatoes till soft and a little brown in color. Then add the dried tapioca and fry it till the tapiocas look soft and translucent. Do not cover the pan and cook , sometimes it can clog together.
