Lower Fat Higher Protein Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 - 7 oz cans light tuna in water6 tbs nonfat plain yogurt2 tbs chopped raw almonds1 tbs mayo1 tbs mustard2 tbs dill pickle relish1/2 c chopped celery1/4 c chopped radishesSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Drain tuna. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes 4 generous servings.

Go lower fat and eliminate the almonds and mayo or use fat free mayo.
