Any Fruit Fast Fat Free Cobbler

  • Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup flour1 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon Salt Sense1/2 cup 1% milk2 cups fresh berries or other fruit
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients except the fruit in a bowl.

Pour it into an 8x8 pan coated with cooking spray.

If desired, coat the berries with the two teaspoons sugar (opt and not included in calculations).

Add the fruit right on top of the batter. The crust will come up over the fruit and cover it.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
