Superfiber Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup wheat bran, 1/2 cup flaxseed meal, 1 cup whole wheat flour, 2 tbl polyunsaturated oil, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda,mixed dried fruit (1 cup mixed), 1 cup canned pumpkin, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup applesauce, 1/4 cup molasses,1/3 cup honey, approx 1/2 cup milk milk (check texture of mix and add more if needed), 2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Mix everything together. Spoon into regular muffin cups and bake at 400F for about 15 minutes. Makes 12 regular muffins
