1 can Albacore Tuna packed in water, drained1 tablespoon chopped onion1 small sweet pickle, chopped1 tablespoon mustard1 tablespoon plain, fat free yogurt4 baby carrots, chopped

top a low fat, double fiber bun with equal servings for a open face sandwich, or stuff a tomato, add to a salad, or eat with crackers.
