8 oz macaroni1 medium tomato0.25 cup cucumber0.25 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese1 can east point shrimp0.33 cup light miracle whip
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Chop tomato and cucumber into bite size pieces, put them into large bowl. Drain shrimp, add to tomato and cucumber. Add cheese and drained macaroni. Add miracle whip and mix thoroughly. Makes 8 one cup servings.
