Sauteed Kale w/ Coconut milk - 1.5 cups serving

Ingredients
9 cups chopped kale3 slices of bacon, cut in small pieces1 tbl butter1 cup chopped onion1 cup beef broth or stock1/2 cup coconut milk, (I used regular)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute the bacon with 1 tbl of butter in a large pan. Cook for about 8 minutes until the bacon is brown. Add the onion and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the kale, broth and coconut milk. Season to your liking with salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes stirring often.
Serve...it is delicious
