Southern Cornbread

Ingredients
1/4 cup eggbeaters1 1/4 cups skim milk1/4 cup vegetable oil2 cups corn meal1 cup all purpose flour3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 45o degrees
Spray Pam on the skillet, pan, or molds and place in oven to heat.
Lightly beat egg in mixing bowl; add milk and oil.
Mix the other dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.
Stir the egg mixture into the cornmeal mixture; mix well but do not over mix, just until all is wet.
Pour batter into prepared pan or mold
Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown
