Grilled Orange Vinaigrette Chicken

Ingredients
Garlic powder, 1 tsp White Wine Vinegar, 0.25 cupOlive Oil, 2 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces Apples, fresh, 1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb) Orange Juice, 0.25 cup Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 head, medium (6" dia)Granulated Sugar, 2.25 tspDole Mandarin Oranges, 0.50 cupMrs. Dash, 5 tsp
Directions
Mix Mrs. Dash, garlic powder, orange juice, olive oil, sugar, and vinegar - and chill until serving.
Chop lettuce, apples, and chicken (after grilling), add together with oranges and drizzle with vinaigrette.

Makes 2 servings! I created this for my boyfriend and I and he loved it! Also, don't pay too much attention to the calories, they come mostly from the vinaigrette and between the two of us, I don't think we even used half of it.
