Chicken, Apple, Grape Salad

Ingredients
2 Granny Smith Apples, Diced1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes4 stalks celery, Diced1 small red onion, Diced1 1/2 lbs Cooked Chicken Breast cut in to bite size pieces1/4 cup chopped pecans1/2 cup fresh Parmesan CheeseDressing: 1 1/2 cup Mayonaise2 Fresh Garlic Cloves2 tsp Dill Weed
Directions
Mix Together Dressing and set aside for at least 30 minutes

Prepare all other ingredients (except Parmesan) and mix together. Thoroughly mix in your dressing. Sprinkle Parmesan over the top and refridgerate until ready to serve.

Makes Approximately 10 1-cup servings.

    Tried this recipe tonight and instead of 1.5 cups of mayo, added 1 cup of light mayo (Hellmann's), used dried dill and I think it came out pretty good. Thanks for the recipe. Now I need to calculate the nutrition facts!! - 8/10/09

    I bet that would be good. I haven't tried that mayo yet. I love the dill in the dressing. Hope you like it. Carl and I have been eating off it for three days and he finished the last of it. Dang it. I wanted more. LOL
