Cheesy Crab Bake

Ingredients
2 T unsalted butter2 T flour1/2 med onion1 stalk celery1 C low fat milk2 egg yolks1/2 t salt1/2 t cayenne pepper1/4 t black pepper12 oz King crab meat1/2 C Gruyere cheese1/2 C Monterey Jack
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease 11x7 baking dish.
2. Melt butter in large skillet over med heat. Add onion & celery; cook until tender, stir frequently.
3. Add flour, stir til blended, gradually add milk, stirring til smooth. Add beaten egg yolk to pan stir in salt, cayenne and black pepper; cook until thickened, about 5 min.
4. Fold crabmeat into mix, spoon into baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
5. Bake uncovered 20-25min until chees melts and is slightly brown.
