Chocolate Yummy

Ingredients
Directions
1 stick of butter or margerine1 cup flour1 cup ground nuts1 8 oz cream cheese1 cup powder sugar1 carton of cool whip3 cups cold milk1 5.9 oz chocolate pudding
2 x 2 inch servings
Melt 1 stick butter or margerine in 9 X 13 pan
Add: 1 C Flour
1 C ground nuts (Almonds were used for calorie count)
Press into pan and bake at 350 for 20 Minutes. Cool.
Blend together and spread on top of cooled crust:
1 8oz package of cream cheese
1 Cup of powdered sugar
1/2 Container of cool whip
Blend: 2-3 oz or 1-5.9oz Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
3 Cups cold milk
Pour over creamed cheese filling. Let cool in refrig. Spread with remaining cool whip.
