Ingredients
2 1/2 Tbs lentils1/2 garlic clove1 Tbs chopped red onion1/2 Tbs red bell pepper1 Tbs chopped green bell pepper2 baby carrots diced1/8 tsp ground cumindash cayenne pepper1 1/2 cups water
Directions
add all ingredients to boiling water. Simmer until lentils are tender. makes 1 1-cup serving
