Potato cauliflower curry

Ingredients

Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced )Olive Oil, 1 tbspCumin seed, 1 tsp Salt, .3 tsp Chili powder, .3 tsp Turmeric, ground, .5 tsp Garam Masala, .5 tspPotato, raw, 1.5 cup dicedCauliflower, raw, 400 grams
1.Put a large pan on a medium to high heat and add oil .Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter now add tomatoes and chilli powder turmeric as well as salt let it cook for 5-6 mins add little water and cook for 2 more mins
2. Stir in the cauliflower, potatoes and about 50ml of water.
3.Turn down the heat and simmer with the lid on until the veg are cooked and soft.
4. Check the curry regularly and keep stirring occasionally
5. Give it another stir, and finally add garam masala powder and remove from heat.
6.serve with a sprinkle of coriander leaves
